We use RoadRunner from Unison for doing backups (no sales pitches please).

I am considering converting from DDS-2 to DLT, and have had the
HP C1579A DLT4000 recommended.

Anyone on the list have any experience with this combination they are willing to
share (good or bad;-)?
Private responses welcomed and I will summarize the comments if desired.
