BTW, watch out for that !@#$%^ limitation on the problem description
text: not very many lines of not very many characters. (I forget the
exact numbers, but its something like 50 lines of 72 characters).
My solution, for when I have a large block of text (e.g., cut/paste),
is:
Put the text in a file on our web server
Submit a brief description *and* the URL of the text to HP ESC.
BTW, the search engine will be trashed soon (HURRAY! FINALLY!) in
favor of Verity's search engine.
Until that time, here's a tip on boolean searching....
If you want to exclude something, DON'T USE "AND NOT"...just use "NOT".
E.g., print not panic
