[ Stan's trick using his web server for "attachments" snipped ]
For those who do not have a web server at hand to make extended info,
detailed error messages, cut & paste screenshots etc etc available to
the RC (inside the limited ESC window space)...
How about entering a short description (with helpful keywords and/or
error numbers) into the ESC window and end with "details available by
eMail". This way the (hopefully) right RC engineer can be found based
on the short description, and if the error messages/numbers are not
sufficient for instant problem resolution he/she can ask for all the
details with a short eMail...
Just my DM 0.02 (soon to be Euro 0.0x ?)
