      A couple of suggestions from the "Peanut Gallery" (hehehe)
concerning hotel deals in San Diego :)

                 Try the AAA guide for San Diego they review most all of
the "decent" hotels/motels in an area :)

                 Also, be sure to hunt on the web... using hotels home
pages .... the fiancee was able to get a half price deal on the Boston
Hilton where we stayed last month.  The deal was only listed on Hilton's
home page as I recall :)

     We just did a New England vacation planned using AAA books...
excellent reviews that were right on the money :) :)
