Yes - a DTC at the far end.  If this DTC is one of the newer ones that
support routable protocols (ie TCP/IP, then you should be OK, however, if
it's one of the older models that do not support routable protocols, then
"bridging" must be turned on within the routers so that the packets may
pass.
