In reviewing my previous post about Online Backup Tools, I can
see where it could be considered a slam on Orbit, which is not
what I intended. I've been working with them for over three
months trying to get a ZDT/Online/Unattended backup working.
I was really trying to find out if any other products exist out
there, and it appears that there are only two: Orbit's product
and HP's product (although I haven't been able to locate anybody
who is actually doing a ZDT/Online/Unattended backup with
Image logging with any product).

Orbit wasn't really ignoring me, in fact, I returned to the
office yesterday to find a FedEx envelope from them containing
the latest version.

So, I apologize to Orbit, which has some really fine people
working there, and promise to read my next email three times
in the future before pressing "Send"! :-)
