After you applied the CSLT/Store tape which Patch/iX created, did you then
run Patch/iX, again, to complete the update process?  If not, this might be
the cause.  I'm not intimately familiar with Patch/iX, so others may have
better input.

This is more PP3 am I finished ... I am just gearing up to install PP4,
when
I run Patch/iX I get the following:
:patchix
searching for recovery file...
reading recovery file...
HP Patch/iX has found a recovery file that indicates phase I
completed successfully, are you ready to begin phase II of
HP Patch/iX?(y/n)
As far as I know, PP3 was installed correctly and has been running OK for
some time. Any thoughts???
