Try this:

FILE QSLIST=RESULTS.PUB.TWL;NEW;DEV=DISC;DISC=500000,32,1

The 'DISC=500000' can be changed to any number you desire and is the
maximum number of records you want in the file. The ',32,1' is
optional and means 'Maximum of 32 extents, start with one extent
initially'.
