It was announced in the Spring '98 HP3000 Advisor and, should you not
have a copy, can be found at:
http://www.hp.com/ibpprogs/csy/advisor/spring98/news/news4.html
Here's an excerpt:
"Hewlett-Packard Company is offering four new products to achieve ever
higher performance in managing HP 3000 storage: Legato's Storage
Node, new Advanced DLT libraries, a new tape differential adapter and
the QTM4500 DLT stacker. Legato's Storage Nodes greatly increase
system manageability, availability, scalability and performance. HP's
Advanced DLT7000 Library has high throughput and capacity. The new
tape differential adapter works with both fast-wide and fast-narrow
devices like the DLT7000 and DLT4000. The last of these storage
enhancements new to the HP 3000 is the QTM4500 DLT stacker that
increases capacity further with its five-cartridge content."
