I believe that all e-mail search engines are world-wide, including four11.com.
As a test, I just tried a random Australian, "Brian Nye," (actually, he's not
so random. He posts here once and a while) and he came up just fine in both
Excite and Four11.

I usually use Excite's e-mail search engine for two reasons: it tends to be
fast and accurate -- and it has links to all of the other e-mail search
engines. Excite's URL is:
