The system is trying to tell you that the DAT drive on LDEV8 needs cleaning
but the needed message number/text is missing from the message catalog file.

The following message is appearing on the console after we insert a tape
into our DDS3 drive:

14:04/20/Vol (unlabelled) mounted on LDEV# 8
>MISSING MSG.  SET = 1.  MESSAGE=415
>PARM(S) = 8;;;;
>GENMSG CALLER     STATUS:  %101000 DELTA-P:  %177777
>GENMSG CALLER+1 STATUS:  $140023 DELTA-P:  %040000

Any help or comments would we appreciated.
