Perhaps Mozilla is the only browser their tech supp understand. If you're
connecting using any form of TCP/IP (via PPP, or whatever) then there is no
reason you can't use other browsers. Also, what do they say about other
software, such as ftp clients and newsreaders, etc?
I gues they just don't like M$ (like a lot of people ;-)
