To use the Reflection 1 5.xx with the Win-95 TCP/IP stack you must enable
TELNET support on the HP3000.  Prior to 5.5.3 TELNET (on the 3000) has a few
problems.  A better solution is to upgrade to Reflection for HP version 6.0
which enables VT-MGR via the Win-95 Stack.
