Ah, but with a little work, why couldn't it? I'll bet that we could
provide an emulator a la the CM emulator, or we could provide the Win32
API emulation only and require a recompile to get that type of
functionality on the 3000.

I've been maintaining for a couple of years that with a little bit of
work, the 3000 could "out NT serve an NT server".
