Tracy,

3K Associates has the ported software on their site at:
ftp://ftp.3k.com/POSIX/samba.htm as well as some installation
notes, etc. You can also take a look at our site which has
a good deal of configuration info (server and client sides),
history, tips, etc (there is also a link to the 3K server
for the software as well). All at: http://www.sambaix.com
The information is currently the same as what was (still)
at http://www.editcorp.com/sambaix, but will be expanded
shortly to include many new items, all revolving around
Samba and the HP3000. There will be an official announcement
as we get closer to having the new site open.

Regards,
Michael L Gueterman

Subject: [HP3000-L] How to Get Samba?

After all this talk about Samba over the past year I'm almost interested.

Who makes it?

Where do you get it?

How is it documented?
