Hmmm, I just got my new contract to sign in the mail dated May 4, 1998,
and it clearly states 'Manuals on CD-ROM'.  Guess I give my "Support Agreement
Specialist" a call before this puppy gets signed!

Likewise.  Called the Response Center late yesterday to find out what's going
on, and they said that the new LaserRom has been out and is in a new format
("Instant Information" I think they said) and that I was to call my CE to see
if my contract covered getting a copy.  I guess I'll be giving him a call
today.
