"The compilers have to be 'enabled' to read files in Qedit format ...
 after a system upgrade."


There are actually 2 jobs that should be streamed :

    SAVECMDF.QEDITJOB.ROBELLE       {this archives the HP cmd files }
    QCOMPXL.QEDITJOB.ROBELLE        {this enables the compiler cmd files}
