Tracy,

Just a follow-up FYI...

The '@' sign in 'Configured Reachable Networks' signifies the default
gateway, of which you can have only one. If you ever need to add a second
gateway, it won't work to put an '@' sign for 'Configured Reachable
Networks' on that one. You would have to start defining which gateways to
use for which networks. I learned the hard way on this one. (Thanks HPRC!)

Anyway, just thought mention it.

Tim Busche

Subject: For Want of an '@' Sign

It seems all I had to do was add the '@' symbol under "Configured
Reachable Networks" and I can access my HP3K from outside the segment.

I missed this from Keven Miller's post.

At least now I know what the error messages are from forgetting the '@'
sign.

Now I'm trying to get FTP to work, Winsock gives me an error...
