I am very happy to announce that Service Request (SR)
information is accessible via Electronic Support
Center (ESC) as of today (4/21) evening. This access
was turned off due to a customer finding confidential
information documented in the Service Request text.
The SR database was reviewed at a very high priority
by CSY and a number of other HP organizations. CSY did
not find any confidential information during the
preliminary review. CSY and other HP organizations
have put processes in place to prevent a similar
situation. However if you do find an offending SR please
open a call with the Response Center.
HP clearly understands the impact this tough decision has
had on you and I apologize for any inconvenience that
this may have caused you.
