This is a bit odd,

Someone brought to my attention today that the creation and modification
time stamps on system log files were the same.  A further investigation
confirmed that to be the case.  It seems that this behavior surfaced ever
since we went to MPE/iX 5.5 PP4, the creation and mod times are the same or
differ by no more than one minute (We run predictive and thus those times
should differ by a whole day and they do prior to the system upgrade).

Can anyone else confirm this?
