A few months back I received the SLEEPER source code from the person
maintaining it. It appears that someone started working on making it 2000
compliant, but never finished, and the version I have WILL NOT run past
December 31, 1999 -- I've tried it. Below is the version information:

   SLEEPER update program <6.11>

and...

   SLEEPER <6.13> beginning execution

   ABORT :SLEEPER.UTIL.SYS.%0.441
PROGRAM ERROR #18 :PROCESS QUIT .PARAM = 10

PROGRAM TERMINATED IN AN ERROR STATE. (CIERR 976)

Some of the code is in SPL (no problem) and some of the code is in FORTRAN
(problem for me as I don't have access to a FORTRAN compiler and haven't
worked on a FORTRAN problem in over 20 years).

If anyone has newer versions, please let me know.

John
