I know this is going to sound dumb, but have you tried reinstalling
Reflection? You could easily have a damaged DLL file, this has happened
to me due to rebooting a hung PC. (Although to be honest, I don't know
if it got damaged because I rebooted while it was hung or if it was hung
because it was already damaged.)
Just a thought.
