<Dave enter's from stage left w/ his head hung in shame and
embarrasment.>

Well, I've told others many times over the years to make sure they
disable UDCs on any user they are going to delete _before_ they
delete them so the COMMAND.PUB.SYS file will be cleaned up.

But do you think I could listen to my own advice!?! Noooooooooo!!!
Oh well, yes, as you suspected, I just deleted an account and all
its groups and users, and then remembered about the UDCs. As I
expected, taking a look at a copy of COMMAND.PUB.SYS w/ an editor
seems to tell me that there are still records in the file for the
deleted account. I tried recreating the account and users and then
doing the SETCATALOG, but that doesn't seem to help - they're still
there.

So, should I just ignore the extra entries in COMMAND.PUB.SYS? Will
they cause any harm? Is there any reasonable way to clean the file
up?

<Dave now sits down and looks around the room longingly and hopefully
for an answer from some great guru that might be lurking about in the
shadows, and then wispers...>

I'm in digest mode, so direct responses to me would be welcomed as
well as to the list.
