We're having a strange problem with the createprocess  intrinsic, and
looking for tips.
the process is:
        program A creates and copies some files, then schedules another
program
            with wait, waiting until it terminates before continuing.
        when program B terminates, program A is not being re-activated
so that it
        can complete properly.
