almost :-)  (those allegro people are sooo clever :-)  reading the description
of ftprun lead me to think it's very much geared towards doing ftp's
(hence the name? :-)  the scenario here is to give some unix folks
limited access to the machine without having to go thru a formal
log on (that's why we're not looking into telnet or remsh).  ftprun
almost gives me what i need in that you may do 'allows' - but you're
limited to 2 allows and you're still logging on....           - d
