To which I can only add... If you didn't have a chance to attend the
SIGJAVA meeting at IPROF 98 then you definitely did miss something!
It was extremely interesting to follow Mike and Gavin present and demo
things like Java/iX roadmap, TurboIMAGE package, Remote Method Invocation,
Beans, JFC / Swing (the new GUI stuff), the new COBOL-to-Java "compiler"
and and and...
