Hi Fellow hp3000'ers,

  I've been lurking on 3000-L list for approx. 2 years with infrequent
postings.  I have been following the recent postings on the revival of the
hp3000.  The reason for this message is, I'm a long time 3000
manager/programmer(12 years), however, I'm in a position where I'm going to
changes jobs.  Currently I have 2 job offers, one job gives me the opportunity
to get trained and work on AS/400, the other job is an hp3000 shop.

  The question is if you where making the same decision which career path would
you choose: AS/400 or hp3000.

  I'm curious for opinion and reasons for those opinion, please feel free to
respond to me privately or publicly.
