Thanks, Carl for the VSREPORT utility.  It worked great AND turned up a
few anomalies in our accounting structure.  I noticed that the command:
   REPORT group.acct      showed sectors in use, however
   LISTFILE @.group.acct  showed NO files
After calling the RC it turns out we needed to run a utility called
FSCHECK.MPEXL.TELESUP using the SYNCACCOUNTING option.  -Deane.
