I just took delivery of a used HP7980 tape drive with Option 800, and
I've no idea how to run it from the front panel. (Well, not entirely
true.)

Is there a relatively concise part of the manual that would give me the
basics of running the drive from the front panel? If so, could I beg a
fax or e-mail, please? Alternatively, where could I buy my own copy
inexpensively?

Any asistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
