Hi John,
    Actually it was our hardware and configuration that was giving
Minisoft's WS-92 fits :(  and they were able to provide me several fixes
for our environment!  :)

   The product was doing great.... We just were so "non-standard" in our
implementation of Windows and other software that it was giving WS-92 fits
:(

Being on a first name basis with a tech-support person doesn't instill
