If you have MPEX you can:

JOBNUM STATE IPRI JIN JLIST SCHEDULED-INTRO JOB NAME

#J6328 SCHED 15 10S LP 3/27/98 1:00 BUPFULL,OPERATOR.SYS
#J6473 SCHED 7 10S LP 3/27/98 3:00 APYUPD,OPR.PSIUSER

2 SCHEDULED JOB(S)

altsched j6328;at=1:01
-----Will alter #J6328, BUPFULL,OPERATOR.SYS,OPERATOR
OK to process 1 job (y/N)? y
Reschedule #J6328 as BUPFULL,OPERATOR.SYS,OPERATOR [at=1:01] (Y/n)? y
 #J6528

As you can see, what it does is to read the input file and relaunch it at a
different time.
