ADDINDEX is one of the new commands in DBUTIL to help manage b-tree
indexes. ADDINDEX (ADDI) allows one to add a b-tree index to a master set:
>>help addindex
ADDI[ndex] database name[/maint word]
FOR <ALL | setnamelist | setnumlist>
An example would be:
ADDI TESTDB FOR EMPLOYEE-MSTR, DATE-MSTR
The other b-tree index related commands are DROPINDEX and REBUILDINDEX.
In addition, the appropriate other areas were enhanced to show information
on indexes (e.g. SHOW)
