Sorry, but as it turns-out there was a problem with b-trees and SUPERDEX when
used on the same database. It was related to the new modes defined for b-trees
that were not previously provided for in the TPI specification. This was
uncovered and resolved prior to the b-tree BETA program. As such, it was
announced in conjunction with HP's b-tree release announcement that users
would need to be on SUPERDEX level 4.1.44 or greater to have both types of
indexes on a base. (This version of SUPERDEX began shipping in early '97.)
If both types of indexes are not used on the same base there are no problems.
