Sorry -- my fault for not including explicit instructions here.  You first
need to uncompress the file with UNCOMPRE.HPBIN.SYS (aka /bin/uncompress), and
then use MOVER to extract the files.

Because Apache/iX is packaged the same way as SPIN, see the Apache/iX home
