As you can see, Paul has a somewhat faulty memory.  SIG Brainstorming And
Research started in Montreal, met  again in Anaheim, and Washington, and
Detroit, and Las Vegas, and Orlando, and San Francisco, and Boston, and San
Diego, and got blown down in New Orleans, and San Francisco again, and
Denver, and north of the border in Toronto, and Anaheim again, and most
recently Chicago.  We keep brainstorming and researching but we still
haven't got a mission statement.  We will try again in San Diego '98.

 SIGBAR(Brainstorming And Research) was started at the first Anaheim
conference('84 I think-too much brainstorming causes memory failure) and
continues today with meetings at all INTEREX/HPWorld/IPROF/etc conferences
since then.
