Take a look at MasterOP, by Carl Kemp. The price is right (FREE) and you get
all the (PASCAL) source code. MasterOp is an operations
monitoring/scheduling/controlling utility that allows event introduction by
time, date, business day, device availability, CS Device status, Job status,
JCW state, or combinations of the above, see the following link:
