Thank you to everyone who has made me feel a little bit better. Every
response I got complained about both the C30 and/or the C40. I don't
feel so bad now knowing that the problems I am having are not totally
my fault!
Everyone made some good recommendations varying from an array of
LaserJet 5's or other similar printer to harassing our CE.
Again, thanks to everyone and unfortunately there does not seem to be
a "cure" for the C30 problems.
