James:

The only "notice" I got was when I tried to get HP to quote on 
support for a 2934 printer I bought from a third-party.  HP 
informed me that the 2934 was not supported past 1/31/98.  But, 
we have other (existing) 2934's already on support, and HP 
has honored those support agreements.  But when those agreements 
expire, I expect to lost the HP support for them.
