I found this ISP's response gratifying. And I realize that the header
may be forged.

Our LAN admin Director told me that there was nothing I could do about
the daily serving of spam unless it was hate literature or actually
contained pornography, even though our ISP is someone I had heard of
before, and bet that a lot of you have, too. I am considering contacting
them directly, in all my spare time. In the meantime, I just forward to
abuse@ and postmaster@whoever, whenever possible.

Jim, I just hope this is not some new political protest. Since I usually
take Eugene Volokh's advice and "Burn Before Reading", I'll never know.
