Agreed, but isn't the ESC quite a large gun for such a small target?

Wouldn't a simple "generic" eMail address have been sufficient, say,
[log in to unmask] for Mountain View, [log in to unmask] for Atlanta,
[log in to unmask] for the German Response Center, and so on...

Another tip re ESC usage... When downloading patches I prefer to avoid
the "fancy schmancy" web interface via ftp://europe-support.external.hp.com
or ftp://us-support.external.hp.com respectively...
