I don't understand what you mean by "DICTIONARY/3000 is not going
to be Y2K compliant".  DICTIONARY is Y2K compliant.  So are TRANSACT
and INFORM.  TRANSACT got the 8-digit date option built in years ago.

I have only one client using Powerhouse in addition.  They use QDDR
with DICTIONARY, and use PDQ to compile QUIZ code.  Without PDQ,
QUIZ is too much of a performance problem to be used in production.
