Use ALT+PRINT SCRN keys.  This places a copy of your screen onto the
clipboard.  You can then paste the graphics into your document or use Windows
PaintBrush if you want to insert more fancy graphics into your screen
picture.  Of course, you'll need a color printer for maximum visual effect.
