     Cooperative Services, both the developer's kit and runtime license,
     has been discontinued as of 1JAN97 with end of support 1FEB98.  There
     are no replacement products from HP, although the discontinuance plan
     did mention WRQ's PPL(Process-to-Process Link) as a "comparable 3rd
     party product".
