Addressing multi-port JetDirects.

I seem to recall some discussion about how to point
network printer configurations to specific ports on
(external) multi-port JetDirect (or equivalent) boxes;
but as usual, when I want it, I can find it!

In effect, one wants to be able to create a line in
NPCONFIG like so

        500 (network_address = 128.250.232.40:2)

for the second port of a box with that ip address, with
an MPE/iX LDEV number 500.  Unfortunately, it ain't so simple.

Any ideas?
