$ff7f03e6 --> "capacity backwards", which means the B-Tree creation
routine was told that the current capacity of the dataset is larger
than the maximum capacity.
This is probably caused by corrupted information in the root file
(specifically, the DSCB table in the root file probably has incorrect
information about the capacity of dataset #45.)
I've seen this happen when a third-party tool other than Adager was used
to expand a master dataset.
If this is the problem, you could try asking Adager for a free demo...
they recognize and fix this particular problem automatically, I believe.
