If I was going to unload and reload IMAGE datasets to a flat
file on disc, I would use two handy HP Dictionary/V utilities:
DICTDBU  and  DICTDBL.  They are both CM PROGs; before
you OCTCOMP them DICTDBU uses 96 sectors;  DICTDBL
fits in 208 sectors...  Of course you have to own Dictionary/V
to get the utilities....
