I did *not* mean to imply that the lack of PM capability of 'lzw' when
downloaded from the web is a shortcoming.  It is indeed a nice security
feature and I guess I should have worded my statement better.

BTW #1: PH isn't needed.

BTW #2: The fact that PM isn't included is a feature, not a
