Gavin is correct, you can only utilitize NFS via POSIX. You can "kind of"
access your mount points via the NMCMD.PUB.NETBASE program. It will
redirect *some* MPE commands so they are recognized by the NFS
software.

Well, you could use Quest's NFS client software to do this.  You might be
limited to only accessing the mounted file system from the POSIX domain
though (or course it's been a couple years since I was familiar with it).
Quest's web page says they are having a 50% off sale on NFS at the
moment.
