Thanks to all who responded.  The most common plan from those who did
respond involved contracting out to a third party for use of a box and a
site (SunGard was frequently mentioned, and HP's Recovery Center got one
mention).

Second in response frequency was from those who already had a second
location for other reasons and used it for off-site storage of data or had a
scaled down version of their production box there for use as a backup.  A
couple of these companies were shadowing their main box onto the backup box.
One company responded that they were actually running in parallel with their
main box.
