No, Frank...mine works (at least as I tested it on MPE/iX, and from
memory on MPE V). Gilles will work too ... *BUT* ... will generally
trigger an operator reply request (unless the terminal isn't configured
as a logon capable device).
The ",new" and "acc=inout" causes MPE to bypass the operator reply...
something you'll probably *really* want to do if you're at a distance
from the machine!
